The phone at the store is no longer working because it is an internet based phone line. It needs to be plugged into the modem. The power was shut off on the day of the fire and FPL will not turn it back on until the equipment is removed.
7/16 update-We have finally been approved to enter the 1st floor of the building. The clothes will all be re cleaned since they have been hanging there for 6 weeks. Unfortunately, we don’t have electricity so this is going to take some time. We have another dry cleaner who is going to re clean everything for us. Then we will have a temporary location where you can pick up your clothes. Because we don’t have electricity, we will be starting with the clothes that are easiest to access then work our way around the conveyor. I will call you and let you know when you stuff is ready for pick up. Thank you to everyone for your understanding and support. We appreciate it so much!

8/1 update-Today we were finally able to enter the store to remove the clothes from the first floor. Everything that was downstairs was moved to a temporary location. Tomorrow I will start re tagging everything and sending it for cleaning. Once your order is ready, I will call you to have it delivered or meet for pickup. I know this is taking a long time and I'm sorry. I will try to get this part done as fast as I can. Thank you to everyone that has been supportive. You have no idea how much that means to us.

7/19-Update-The landlord has terminated my lease and changed the locks. We are not allowed access into the store without permission. I am working on getting permission to access the first floor to remove all of the clothing. This is going to take longer than I thought because I will need to remove everything and bring all of the clothes to a temporary location. Once we do that, I will start bringing the clothes to another dry cleaners to re clean. I will post an update letting you know when I am given permission to enter the building. I am so sorry!
8/18-Update-We have tagged all of the clothes and started sending them for cleaning. We are calling customers as the orders are ready. If you had clothes that were upstairs, at this time the insurance company is not taking claims yet. They are waiting for my ex landlord to remove the equipment off the roof to do an investigation. Attorneys had to get involved to help move this process along. I will give an update as soon as I have one. Thank you again to everyone for your support. It was so nice to see customers this past week. We are hoping to sign a new lease next week and open back up in mid October.
